Back to Bern

It was just last Sunday that Dan took the boys to Bern for the day, but we headed back there today. However, quite a different destination. We took the kids to the AquaPark. The AquaPark is connect to a huge shopping mall with a great play area for the kids. We dropped off the kids for an hour, (it's supervised and there is a charge), but it allowed Dan and I to browse a few shops and have a cup of coffee. The rest of the day was spent swimming!

This place is awesome! There are indoor thermal pools, outdoor thermal pools, salt pools, a cold pool, and even a pool that has a huge movie screen. There are also four waterslides. Honestly, we didn't leave there until 5:00 pm! Ben took an hour nap on a lounge chair. I'd say we got our monies worth!

The kids were pretty quiet on the ride home. Ben had one cute quote though. We were passing a metal power line tower and Ben said, "Momma, look, the Eiffel Tower".
