Sam and I went to the Red Bull Crashed Ice races tonight in Lausanne. It was incredible! They built a downhill ice track winding through the city streets and, as if that weren't insane enough, add some ramps and bumps along the way. The competition starts with 64 skaters, mostly from Switzerland, and they race four at a time with the top two moving on to the next round.

We really only got to see the start of the races live, but we got to watch the rest on a jumbotron by the castle. The video above says it all. Definitely one of those experiences that I'm glad we didn't miss.
