Escargot

So we've been here almost a year and I have yet to see a squirrel or a rabbit in Switzerland. However...there is no shortage of snails. They are especially out after it rains. The kids love finding them! Ben yells, "Car Go" hmmmm? Not quite sure if he's making the connection! Unlike slugs, these little guys are actually tasty with enough butter and garlic! We've only had them once and I'm not really wanting to have them again.
