Zoe finished her first year of Swiss school today and is now officially a 2nd grader! We are so proud of her! She had an excellent report card too. Tonight there was a family picnic at her school. It was nice to see so many families there. We ate with her friend Macy's family. Zoe was sad to leave and we got a cute picture of her with her teacher, Ursula. This year went by so fast! It's even harder to believe that the kids will be back in school in nine weeks!!!! Sam is excited to be going to Ecole Nouvelle next year with his big sister.

Wow so things are winding down in Switzerland. Hard to believe it is coming up on a year since the big move. You've all done some pretty amazing things in less than 365 days. More than many people will literally do in a life time! Congrats Zoe on completely your year and not to mention it was done in FRENCH!! You rock!!! Can't wait to see you guys in a few weeks!!
Zoe, it's not hard to understand why everyone in your family is so very proud of you. You made up your mind that you were going to do well in school and you did. Your teacher looks proud of you too.
