Sunday in France

Well after a disasterous homesick stricken Saturday we got the heck out of Morges on Sunday. In fact, we got the heck out of Switzerland! We went to France where life doesn't shutdown on Sundays. We found a great outdoor market in Divonne. It was quite cold, but the kids braved it long enough for us to buy some sausage, bread, and wine. The essentials! We also stopped for coffee and hot chocolates.


We weren't quite ready to come home so we just kept driving. We headed towards Geneva and drove around the tip of the lake back into France. We drove as far as Yvoire. This is a cute medieval town across the lake from Morges. We had a great cheese and ham crepes for lunch. We strolled around for about an hour. I think we'll come back in the spring and take a boat across. We also forgot our camera so we have no pictures! Oops!
