Last Sunday we were back at Parc de Vertou for a final BBQ bidding farewell to the four American families in Morges who will be returning to the U.S. this week. Emily and Pat will be heading to Loveland, Colorado; Lesley and Miguel will be heading back to Washington D.C.; Cindy and Brooks are moving to Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; and we are heading to the glamorous city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin!
It was a perfect day and I think we had about 50 people celebrating with us all afternoon. It really is amazing how many wonderful people we've met in two years and how many of them live right here in Morges. I can't think of a nicer place to have called home for the last two years. It will be very difficult to leave this community behind. We will always have Morges in our hearts.
