The other day walking home from the park Sam accidentally kicked his soccer ball into the river. It was immediate tears! His friend Lena saved the day by displaying incredible balance and patience. She retrieved the ball for Sam and he was very grateful. Lena was the little girl who befriended Sam last year in school and stood by him while he struggled with French. It is so nice to
see Sam communicate with her now. Lena's parents, Chantal and Pascal have been wonderful to us. We feel very fortunate to have made Swiss friends.
