Ben and Sam both have birthdays coming up (Ben, June 17th and Sam, July 2nd). It's kinda tough to have a traditional party at home in the midst of packing so I surprised the boys with some Star Wars cakes for a bbq we were having with friends yesterday. I made a Yoda cake for Ben and a Darth Vader cake for Sam. I usually don't regret these things until I am well into the project! They turned out cute though and the boys were thrilled. I must say, my homemade chocolate cake is pretty tasty and there were only a few pieces left to bring home.
