Play date

Had our big cultural play-date today. Sam was so excited to have Lena over. He was very well behaved, compared to yesterday! The only problem, which I had a hunch would happen, is that Lena played with Zoe more than Sam. I had talked to Zoe about this and for the first half hour Zoe kept to herself, but then I think Lena got bored with Sam because he can't really communicate with her and Zoe can. It broke my heart and Sam ended up crying. Lena's mom and I intervened and it ended up ok. Chantal, Lena's mom, is a very nice woman and I really enjoyed talking to her. Our first Swiss friends!
