Siena, Italy

In hindsight, we could have skipped Siena. Dan and I had been here before (when I was pregnant with Zoe) and we remember it being really cool. Not to say that it isn't, but on the day we went it was raining and cold. The kids were miserable and there really isn't that much to see. We went through the cathedral, which is stunning. The kids loved the Piazza Il Campo. It is a huge piazza where they used to race horse around. Sam, Zoe, and Ben enjoyed racing around like horses. We also found a pretty interesting butcher shop where we bought some salami. The camera was left in the car when we were in Siena, although Zoe had her camera...haven't uploaded those photos yet.
